Rock N’ Wok is a restaurant in Puebla, Mexico with more than 10 years of experience serving delicious woks.
For this project we worked on the rebranding, from the visual identity to the brand core.
We wanted to represent the freshness of the brand with a similar color palette that it already had but with some twists in the tones and adding other colors. For the logo we used an atemporal typography that feels inclusive and friendly, in order to welcome all the targets explained in the strategy.
We represent through different assets iconic examples of the brand, such as the textures of the rice or the wok box.
For the brand identity we wanted to represent a street food vibe with some fun hints on the marketing collateral, using different brand shoutouts to go along with the graphic assets.
We wanted to keep the iconic wok box as one of the primary brand assets, therefore, we use this representation on some of the deliverables.
We created a fresh, young, urban and upbeat social media strategy for Rock n’ Wok, using primary brand pillars to show what makes the brand such an authentic, caring and experienced restaurant. Firstable, we wanted to focus on showing the community that has been there over ten years; secondable, on the “done right” part, bringing attention to the way of preparing the food, the food itself, the experience and the new brand identity.
We believe that every brand identity can be developed into a 360º brand, thereby, we like to collaborate with different specialists in order to create a holistic brand. For Rock n’ Wok we collaborated with an architect so as to achieve a space that integrates the brand identity into experience points, materials and furniture. As a result, the fast casual restaurant is perceived as a dynamic, urban and fun space due to the distribution of the layer and the interiorism design.
We believe that having a good UI and UX is essential to the success of the brand on a digital platform , therefore we design the landing page for Rock N’ Work considering the rebranding and the new tone of voice. We create a dynamic, young and functional user experience to show the tasty woks and the new vibe of the brand.
